We may need to get back to you if the Spanish Government need us to complete some more info about rental guests in connection with our tax declaration for the rental income. 

All rental guests must be registered in the Spanish Hospederia system managed by Guardia Civil. We are using a Spanish company called Check-in-Scan, so that you can register online and scan your identity cards by yourself. We as a host will add your e-mail address in the Check-in-Scan system, and how many guests you have in your group. All guests must be registered, regardless of age, three weeks before the stay. The data is sent automatically from Check-in-Scan to the Hospederia system, at the day you check in.
